Block 10’s new BX Series preparation kit builds on the excellent performance of the Reflex Series in a new and improved form factor offering lighter weight, safer use and a simpler overall experience.

THE BX FAMILY:

  • BX-C JAW CRUSHER

    The BX-C CRUSHER is a portable, primary sample preparation system designed for single pass crushing of material up to 25mm, down to 1-2mm.

    Able to be set up in minutes, almost anywhere, the system is safe and easy to use, providing the productivity you need for on site sample preparation in your drilling and sampling program.

  • BX-M DISC MILL

    The BX-M MILL is a portable sample preparation solution designed to reduce material from 3-4mm to ~50 microns, producing an optimal sample for further analysis.

    The BLOCK10 MILL is supplied with batch tray for samples up to ~100g and a flow-through chute for larger samples which allows the products to be collected using another container, adaptable to your own workflow.

  • BX-P SAMPLE PRESS

    The innovative BX-P HYDRAULIC PRESS is a field portable hydraulic press designed to produce a densely-packed, homogenous, sample puck that can be measured by pXRF (and a range of non-destructive sensors) without the signal attenuation resulting from the use of a film coating and/or poor packing.

    The press is rugged and portable, ideal for use in field camps and onsite laboratories and is supported by a global network of Block 10 partners.

  • BX-R RIFFLE SPLITTER

    Our lightweight, single piece riffle splitter has been designed from first principles to ensure accuracy while not compromising on portability. Simple to use and easy to clean - the BX-R makes a perfect addition to any sample preparation workflow.

  • BX-D DUST EXTRACTION

    The BX-D dust extraction kit has been specifically engineered for our sample preparation line and significantly reduces dust during crushing and milling operations. Each of our units has been carefully designed with integrated plug and play dust control, giving you a dust free workplace at the flick of a switch. Consisting of a dust extraction unit with integrated HEPA filter and our flexible control manifold, the BX-D was created with flexibility in mind.
